How do the namespace and project limits work?
A namespace is a separate space for SBOMs, such as a team, a tenant or a customer, with its own policies. A project groups related components so you can look at them as one unit. Business includes 1 namespace and 10 projects. Enterprise has no limit.
Can we try SBOM Observer before we buy?
Yes. The free SBOM Analyzer and the live demo need no signup. To see it with your own SBOMs, book a demo with one of our engineers. There is no separate trial plan.
When is Enterprise the right fit?
From 25 users, or when you need more than one namespace or 10 projects, SSO with SAML, role-based access control, audit logs, an SLA or on-premises deployment.
Can we run SBOM Observer on-premises?
Yes, on Enterprise, including air-gapped environments. Business is managed SaaS.
Where is SBOM Observer hosted?
In the EU. Bitfront is an EU company and has worked on software supply chain security since 2018.

Yes. Each product is priced on its own. SBOM Observer is priced per user. Dependency Firewall is priced on whichever you use most of active users, packages scanned or downloads served.
