We’ve added Desktop notifications to Bytesafe, providing a new way to stay up to date with your account activity. Whether it’s new issues or updates, you’ll receive instant notifications straight to your desktop.
The benefits of desktop notifications are clear. With them, you’ll never miss a crucial update or issue again, as you’ll be notified as soon as it happens. You’ll also be able to receive these notifications even if you have other browser tabs open or if you’re working on other tasks on your computer. This way, you can stay focused on your work and still stay up to date with everything happening in your Bytesafe workspace.
In addition to our existing email and Slack notifications, desktop notifications provide an added layer of convenience and accessibility, making it easier than ever to manage your issues in Bytesafe.
We think this new feature will improve your workflow and help you stay on top of your software supply chain security.
Enable Desktop Notifications now
- Toggle Desktop notifications on the left main menu.
- Accept notifications from your Bytesafe workspace. Simply click on Allow.
- Accept notifications from your browser
On Mac, go to System Preferences > Notifications & Focus. You need to make sure that your browser has notifications enabled to be able to receive notifications from Bytesafe. Please note that some browsers, like Chrome, have two instances.
On Windows, go to Settings > Notifications & actions and scroll down to Get notifications from these senders, find your browser of choice and make sure it’s on.
